Dear customers, we are pleased to announce that following the latest guidance from Stormont our showrooms are allowed to re-open from Monday 12th April.

In order to be Covid safe there are certain restrictions in place, please wear a face mask and sanitise your hands on arrival - PPE is available. See below for full details of the procedures we have in place to protect you.

Sales Procedures

  • Vehicle sanitising of all touch points - cars will be locked
  • Customers are encouraged to make an appointment (maximum of two people per appointment)
  • Unaccompanied test drives available​

Aftersales Procedures

  • Drop off point for drop off and collection of vehicles
  • All vehicles sanitised and increased vehicle protection fitted
  • Waiting area expanded to allow for social distancing
  • Bookings on appointment only basis

Sales

From 12th April our showrooms will be open, please make an appointment (maximum 2 people).

We can offer unaccompanied test drives (please bring your driving licence with you).

We can also offer virtual appointments to request a video before reserving or purchasing OR you can leave a message on live chat to arrange a virtual appointment.

You can also reserve online any used car on our website for only £199 refundable deposit and there is the option to tailor your finance package and apply for credit from the comfort of your own home - find out more.

If you decide to purchase you can arrange to safely collect from our Covid secure handover point outside our showroom or we can arrange local home delivery to your door. Social distancing, sanitisation and PPE measures in place as expected.

Service & Parts

Our Service Centre continues to remain OPEN for servicing, MOT checks and repairs as too is our Parts Department. We will continue to work on an appointment only basis. Please feel free to contact each team via email on - service@saltmarine.com and parts@saltmarine.com.

We ask that you arrive as close to the time of your appointment as possible to avoid queuing, the drop off point is located as soon as you enter the building, please ring the bell. There is no need to enter the main service reception (upstairs) unless you have booked a waiting appointment - our waiting area has been expanded to allow for social distancing with power points for charging devices and free WIFI.

Please remove any used PPE from your vehicle prior to leaving it with us.

  • We will sanitise your car before carrying out any work on it with gloves and cover any touchpoints such as handles, steering wheel, gear stick, handbrake etc... Then sanitise your car again after work has been carried out, ready for collection.
  • A compulsory Air Conditioning cleanser will be applied to all cars to clean the air circulation / ventilation at a cost of £19.99.
  • Contactless payment is preferred either remotely over the phone, or by card reader on-site.
  • Please do not visit our dealerships for service & repair without a prior appointment. You can contact us by the below methods, email is the best way to get in touch and one of our team will get back to you when we can.
